A $200.00 security deposit is required a t the time the reservation is made. The security deposit will be refunded without any interest earned within 30 days of departure and after property inspection. Cleaning Fee and taxes: Are to be paid upon arrival to Point East on-site management company in cash/ Traveler checks or certified check. (no credit card payments will be accepted) Please place all linens in the bath tub. Make sure all trash has been taken out and dishes placed in the dish washer when you leave the unit. Also please make sure the remotes for the television are placed on top of the TV. Balance due: Balance due to the owner 30 days prior to check-in if paid my check.
