Reservation Deposit: 10% of lodging fee ($350 minimum) required to hold all reservations. An additional 40% (50% total) of lodging fee is required 90 days in advance of check in.

$700/Month Security Deposit ($700 minimum, up to $3,100 maximum), refunded at checkout.
