Low Season(January,February,September,November,December) $715 Weekly ;
Mid Season(March,April,May,October) $795 Weekly ;June $845 ;
High Season(July,August,Easter)$895 Weekly ;Thanksgiving $935/Week; Xmas & New Year $1025/Week.
Pool heating available at $135 per week, recommended October - April, please request at booking;Daily rates may be available; For stays of less than 1 week an additional cleaning fee will be payable of $120 per visit.The full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Bookings made within 8 weeks are payable in full plus $300 security deposit at the time of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.A refundable security deposit is to cover any loss or damage while staying in the house. This will be returned in full 30 days after your departure from the house, providing that no loss or damage is reported.
Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductible.
