All rates are in UK Sterling.
Prices shown are for the villa rental and are not per person. Prices include electricity, water, air-conditioning, cable TV, & clean bed linen and towels.
A refundable security deposit of £150 ($250 USD) is to be paid with final balance. Reservations made within Sixty Days of your arrival date will require payment in full at time of booking. Bookings of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 Sterling ($100 USD). Minimum 3 nights booking UK Sterling or US Dollar cheques accepted
