Money order or Casher's check only please.
Subject to 13% Florida and Orlando lodging taxes.
A cleaning fee of $90 may be charged on stay of less than 7 nights.
A $25 booking fee is due at reservation, and a 25% deposit is required for confirmation within 10 business days from the booking date.
The full payment will be due at check-in, and the booking deposit paid previously will turn to the security deposit which will be paid back to the guests within 2 weeks after check-out.
