Payment Policy:
All Rates in US Dollars.A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount with a minimum of $250 is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A copy of a valid driver's license for person who has made the reservation will be needed for verification. US Residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear. There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks.
Please note: there is a 3.5% service fee of the total amount charged, when paying by credit card.
