Payment Policy:
All Rates in British Pounds.
The prices shown above are for Seven nights accommodation and are the MAXIMUM rental rates charged in Sterling.
* Together with your completed booking form, a non- refundable deposit of £100 Sterling or $300 USD is due to secure your date.
* A refundable security deposit of £200 Sterling or $300 USD is also due at the time of final payment.
* Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due Eight weeks before your arrival date.
* Reservations made within Eight weeks of your arrival date will require payment in full at time of booking.
