Payment Policy:
All Rates are quoted in British Pounds.
We will accept payment in £ sterling or US dollars.
Our 2009/10 rates are very simple and uncomplicated.
£500 (or $800) per week including all taxes.
10% discount for 3 weeks or more !
15% discount for 4 weeks or more !
Part weeks above 1 week are pro rata.
Minimum stay normally 7 days, but please ask !
Shorter stays may be possible. but please note, if we agree to a stay of less than 5 nights, an additional cleaning cost of $100 will apply.
Pool heat (suggested October-March) is extra and charged at cost ($35 a day or $225 a week).
Deposit required at time of booking to secure dates is £200. Please see cancellation policy.
Remainder of payment is required in full no later than 30days before planned arrival date. A Refundable security deposit of £200 is also required at this time.
