All Rates in US Dollars. There will always be a Cleaning FEE of $ 250.
The rates provided are weekly for low season and excludes special events, holidays, mid season periods and taxes. Please contact us for specific quotes.
MONTHLY RATES DO NOT INCLUDE UTILITIES.
A 50 % deposit is due at time of booking. The property is absolutely open until it is booked, and booked when 50% deposit is received. A $750.00 fully refundable damage deposit is due upon arrival, payable in cash or can be paid prior to arrival using PAYPAL.
Once booked, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
