Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
Mail a check to pay for 1/2 if booking at time of booking more than a month from stay. Credit card held for deposit. Full payment due one month from stay. A damage deposit (Also called a security deposit) should a group hold a raucous party or sneak in a pet. Damage deposit is $250, depending on the size of the home.
If we find damage, we document it in detail and the cost of repair. We will send the guest a letter with the documentation and give them a chance to respond. We will send back the damage deposit less or plus the cost for damages.
My cleaning crew will review the checklist as they get the unit ready for the next guest.
Damage Deposit Policy:
A damage deposit of $250 will be returned within 15 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, appliances, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
For Holidays add $ 200/week
$75.00 cleaning Saturday to Saturday during summer
10.65% tax rate
