Payment Policy:
All Rates In US Dollars.We accept most major credit cards; a convenience fee may apply. Mulit-month reservations are accepted up to a year in advance with a 50% deposit. Monthly and weekly reservations are accepted up to 12 weeks in advance with a 50% deposit. Holidays & special events may be higher. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit is required to hold a reservation. A $125 exit cleaning fee and 11% state and local tax will apply. Check In Time: 1pm.
