Payment Policy:
Rates listed are in U.S. dollars. We accept personal check, travelers check, money orders, and wire transfers bank to bank. 50% of total rent + $125 departure cleaning charge + tax due at booking. Balance of rent + $500 *refundable damage/security deposit due 30 days prior to check-in. Other payment arrangements will be considered if booking in more than six months in advance.
