Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars All rates are including 12% tax for 7 nights or more. There is a $120 additional fee towards the cost of a prep and final standard clean. BBQ usage is FREE and includes one full tank of gas. Refills are charged at $25.00 per refill. Optional electric pool heat $15 per night A Stay of less than 7 nights attracts a $60 additional charge. Play unlimited golf in Low Season on 4 of the Rotonda courses and only pay for optional golf cart hire (Limited to 2 named adults and up to 2 children under the age of 14, both must be accompanied by a playing adult). There is a $50 admin fee on all Golf Scoop Bookings. In High and Festive Seasons, there is a player fee of $50 per person, per week. December 2009 - April 09, 2010 (Max 2 guests). In low season April 10 - December 17, 2010 there is no player fee.
