Flamingo Key: Sumptuous Home in Seagrove Beach

Payment Policy: Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of your total rental fee excluding taxes and the refundable security/damage deposit. This rent deposit must be received within 14 days after booking in order to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to check in, a security/damage deposit in the amount of $500 is required. Your security deposit can be handled by credit card - We only hold your card number unless damages are incurred. Florida Tourism tax on all homes, hotels and condos is 11%. All our homes are smoke and pet free. All homes have parking for 4 to 6 cars only and all cars must be parked in driveways.
