$495 for 3-day rental, $640 for 4-days, $775 for 5-days, $870 for 6-days, $945 for 1-week, except as below. Call for discounted rates on longer stays.

Holidays: Add $200 to above rates on New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Sebring Races $1800 per week or $300 per day. Must rent for full race dates minimum

$90 basic cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit required for all rentals. Actual cleaning fee may be higher

Parties of 8 or more: additional $14/day each for person # 8 and beyond

Pets are welcome at an additional $7 per day each
