Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.
Credit Cards, checks, money order, and cash accepted as payment. A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This deposit must be received within ten (10) days of booking the reservation. The deposit is refundable after stay; however, it is not applied towards rent. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required: High Season (Dec 15th - April 30th) 90 days before arrival; Low Season (May 1st - Dec. 14th) 60 days before arrival. Payment in full is required at time of reservation if arrival occurs within thirty (30) days. The advance payment will be applied towards the room rent. The balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date.
