plus $70.00 Cleaning and 9% State Tax
(Add $100.00 for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year Holiday weeks )
A security deposit of $250.00 will be refunded within three days of your departure if there are no damages, loss of items or excessive cleaning required. We inventory and inspect our unit before and after each guest. You will be charged for missing items, towels, keys, gte passes. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture and garbage left within the unit. You will be charged for damages done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to house and property rules.
