Minimum Age Requirement - 25 Years Old. No hidden fees such as cleaning or resort.
The rate for our condo is higher because it is beachfront, not a side unit or waterfront unit,( referring to intercoastal) but Gulf of Mexico beachfront.
Specials: 7/12-19 $1150 + taxes 7/26-8/2 and 8/16- 9/13 1100. + taxes.
Nov. 1-Dec. 20 $1000.per wk. plus taxes.
2009: 1/3-1/23/:$1200.per wk., 1/24-2/27:$1600.per wk., 2/28-4/3:$1800. per week.
4/4-4/17: $2000. per wk., 4/18-5/2 $1500.per wk., 5/3-5/22:$1200.per wk. plus tax.
