All rates are subject to a 7% State Sales tax and 5% County Hotel/Motel tax.

Arrival time is after 2PM and departure time is before 11AM.

No charge for children under 10 years of age.

Weekly rate is 6 nights at the regular price with the 7th night FREE.

A 50% deposit of rent is required within seven (7) days to hold your reservation.

Rates are based upon your own housekeeping, we ask that you leave your cabin clean like you find it.

Reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days in advanced of arrival date will receive a full refund

Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30 days are ineligible for refund. Deposit may be applied to next reservation within twelve (12) months of original reservation.
