Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars
$185.00 mid week rate per night (April 5th thru May 24th)
$215.00 weekend rate per night (January, February, April 5th thru May 24th)
Spring Break mid week rate per night (March 3 - Apr 8): 3-night minimum at $185.00 per night
Spring Break weekend rate per night (March 3 - Apr 8): 2-night minimum at $225.00 per night
Seasonal: $185.00 mid week rate per night:(May 25th thru December except October)
Seasonal: $225.00 weekend rate per night:(May 25th thru December except October)
Leaf season (October): 4-night minimum @ $225.00 per night
Holiday Rates are 325.00 per night with a 4-night minimum
Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
Other Holidays (Valentines, MLK day, President's Day)
3-night minimum @ $250.00 per night
Above rates are for up to four people. Add $20 per night for each person above four. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests.
