Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
Year Round (except High Season):
$195 Nightly for 1-4 guests, $10 per night per extra guest up to the maximum of 13 guests (2 night minimum),$1095 Weekly for a party of 1-4 guests, $60 per additional guest up to the maximum of 13 guests.
High Season Rates:$225 Nightly for 1-4 guests, $10 per night per extra guest up to the maximum of 13 guests (3 night minimum except for the weeks of Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years when we have a 5 night minimum),$1295 Weekly for a party of 1-4 guests, $90 per additional guest up to the maximum of 13 guests.
There is a $125 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee that covers the cleaning of the Cabin, laundry and maintenance and cleaning of the Hot Tub.
A refundable $250.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required and must be received within (5) five days to hold your Cabin Reservation. Please note - this is a true Security/Damage Deposit and will not be credited to your stay. It will be refunded in full after your stay provided there are no damages to the property, no theft, no policy violations and the cabin is left in good, reasonably clean condition (extra cleaning beyond the normal will be deducted from the security deposit). Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.
