All rates in US Dollars.
$95 per night Sunday - Thursday, $125 per night Friday, Saturday and Holiday weeks (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) for up to 4 guests. Deposit, Cleaning Fee and Tax is additional. We have a 2 night minimum year round except October 1 through November 15 when we have a 3 night minimum. Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas we have a 4-night minimum.
Weekly Rental rate is $695 per week for up to 4 guests and $60 per guest for each additional guest up to the maximum capacity of 6 guests.
