Monthly rates (except holidays) 1-2 people $12,000.00 3-4 people $13,500.00 5-6 people $15,000.00 Security Deposit: $1,000.00 (Refundable within 30 days after departure and inspection) Payments are due in US Dollars. 50% of full amount due is required to hold a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept checks, Paypal and electronic wire transfers. Rates subject to change.
