Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars. $2500/monthly. Based on double occupancy. Additional persons, $10 per night. Rates are plus 11.417% Hawaii tax plus cleaning fee and refundable security deposit. Credit Cards are accepted at most of our homes and we accept personal checks and money orders.
Only U.S. credit cards accepted. If you are paying by check or money order a deposit of 50% of rental fee is required to reserve a home with the balance paid at least 30 days before arrival. If you are paying by credit card it is charged for the full amount of rental at the time of reservation. Security deposits are paid separately. If paid by check, we will not cash the check unless there is damage. If there is no damage we will return your check within ten days of your departure. If you are paying by credit card we will not charge your card unless there is damage.
