Payment Policy:
Rates are in US dollars. A $200 deposit is required to hold the reservation. After rent is received, the deposit becomes a damage deposit and is returned if no damage is done to the condo. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the entire rental will be due at the time of reservation. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, Visa or Master Card.

10% discount/stays of 14 nts or more. 11.42% HI tax and $100 cleaning fee added.
Cleaning fee waived for stays of 14 nts or more.
Deposit equal to half rent due 60 days before occupancy.
