Here are their policies and procedures. Mahalo! All rates are subject to applicable Hawaii State Taxes currently 4.166% General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations tax at 7.25%. Payment Policy: To confirm a reservation a three (3) night deposit is required at time of booking. Balance Due: The full balance is due (45) forty-five days prior to arrival, with the exception of reservations held for the Christmas Holiday (12/20 to 1/7). The full balance for Christmas reservations is due by September 1st. All payments are non-refundable after final payment due date. In lieu of our refund policy we do encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance. Rates/Fees: Rates are per night, based on a (5) five night minimum stay, Christmas Holiday (14) fourteen-night minimum stay.
