Payment Policy: Monthly Rates 10% discount from all rates for reservations of 28 days or longer. Five night deposit to confirm within ten days of reservation; 50% of entire amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits will be forfeited if condo is not re-rented. Winter Reservations Payment in full will be required by November 1. Cancellation policy for all winter reservations is the same as stated below for December 16 to March 1 reservations. There is a 7 night minimum between December 16 and January 10, & the month of February, exceptions possible when able to accommodate the time needed. Payment Policy for December 16 through March 1 All reservations for the above dates must be paid in full by November 1. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received prior to 10 days of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled, all deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented. If the reservation is made after November 1 and the deposit is received and then canceled, the deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented. All reservations without advance deposits will be subject to automatic cancellation
