Once you have verified availability, you will receive an invoice and may pay $200.00 non-refundable to hold your dates. The balance is due 90 days in advance of your arrival. You will pay a $150.00 cleaning deposit of which there is a minimum charge of $75. any unused portion of your cleaning deposit will be refunded less damages or missing items. 10% discount for last minute bookings. (7-30 days advance)
