All Rates Are In US Dollars.Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice. If you contact us to make a reservation, we will give verbal or written confirmation and hold the dates of your request without payment for up to ten days. After that interval a deposit of 25 percent of the total rental fee is required to secure the reservation.
Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Your stay is subject to applicable Hawaii state taxes. The current Hawaii State Hotel Tax is 11.416%. (4.166% Hawaii State Sales tax and 7.25% Transient Accommodations tax). Hawaii State & Transient Accommodations tax are subject to change.
A cleaning deposit fee of $100 is required. For stays over 10 days the $100 cleaning fee is waved.
