Payment Policy:
Initial reservation deposit is 40% of total room rate for reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. A security deposit will be included in the balance due. The security damage deposit is to protect the owner from negligence or loss. The deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, unless deductions are to be made. Deductions can be made for the following reasons: to repair or replace anything that is damaged or lost; to change locks or replace lost keys or to clean excessive dirt, stained flooring, appliances, etc. An itemized list along with any receipts for work done will be provided. A departure cleaning fee is applied to all reservations. The Tax is also applied at the rate of 12.9166%.
