Payment Policy: deposit in US $ is required to confirm your reservation and is due within ten days of making your reservation. Your refund will be refunded to you approximately 4-6 weeks after your departure. Charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear will be deducted. Rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival. While we make every effort to keep our information current, because of the increasing cost of owning and maintaining a home in Hawaii, the rates quoted on the following pages may change slightly from time to time. At the time of booking, there will be a $35 non-refundable reservation fee and an optional travel insurance premium. All rates are plus 4.166% gross excise tax and 7.25% room tax. Beginning July 1, 2009, the room tax will be 8.25%. Please note there is a 3-to-5 night minimum. If you plan to stay longer than a week, the extra nights are prorated at the weekly rate. Special Instructions for Prime Time Bookings There is a 7-14 night minimum stay between Nov. 22 and Nov. 29 and December 15 and January 5. Please inquire about special holiday rates and deposit requirements. Cancellations require 120 days' written notice for refund of your deposit less a $75 processing fee. If less than 120 days' written notice, the entire deposit is forfeited. If less than 90 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax are forfeited.
