Payment by personal check or money order in US funds. Owner does not have VISA/MC facility except through PayPal. $200 deposit is required to book, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A $55 cleaning fee will be charged for stays of less than one week.
Note-- There is no cleaning fee for 6 or more days stay.
