Payment Policy:
Please contact owner for additional discounts.
We require a $200 US or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to book the unit. When we receive your deposit the unit is then reserved for you. The balance of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
We will mail you a receipt and more information about Maui when we receive your deposit. We will mail you the check-in authorization slip when we receive your balance.
Children are welcome in our units. Pets are not permitted. We allow smoking but ask that you smoke outside on the lanai (balcony).
There is no extra charge for late check-out (when available) or cleaning.
Currently, Hawaii state accommodation taxes are 11.42% and are added to the rates above.
