Rates
Dec 15 - Feb 28: $275 per night, $1,925 per week.
Mar 1- June 15: $250 per night, $$1750 per week.
June 16 - Aug 31: $300 per night, $2100 per week.
Sept 1 - Dec 15: $250 per night, $1750 per week.
All rates are for up to 6 people
5 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.42% transient tax.
Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days upon arrival.
There is a $300 refundable damage deposit.
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.
