$85 Cleaning Fee for Stays Less Than Seven Nights.
$300.00 Deposit to hold the reservation.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Fee is $50.00 if more than 60 days.
Less than 60 days, refund only given if able to rent the unit.
