High Season November except Thanksgiving week, and January - April $185 per night.
Holiday Season - Thanksgiving week and December $220 per night - 7 day minimum stay. LAST MINUTE SPEC. 12/01/09-12/14/09 $175/nt plus Tx and Cleaning
Hawaiian taxes 12.42%
Cleaning charge $120.
Rates are for up through 4 persons. Extra person $10 per person per night over 4 people to a maximum of 6.
$500 Deposit required - balance due 30 days before arrival.
Monthly rates 10% off.

Additional charges (to credit card on file) may be assessed for late
departure, excessive laundry, extra cleaning, any damage/theft that may
occur during your stay, and excessive air-conditioning usage. (On bookings
of 28 days or longer, any electric bill exceeding $200 will be billed to
credit card. If air conditioning is not abused, you will never exceed $200.)
