Payment Policy:
All rates are in US dollars.
Rates include the state taxes of 11.962%. There is a $85.00 departure cleaning fee.
There is an initial deposit to hold the dates of $100.00. A letter is sent outlining all fees with final payment due 30 days before occupancy. A security deposit of $100.00 and a key deposit of $200.00 for two sets of keys. The security and key deposits are refundable after the unit is checked for any damage and the keys are returned as directed.
Deposits are forfeited if anyone smokes in the unit or on the lanai.
