Refundable $300 damage deposit. 11.42% Hawaii state/room tax, $90 Elua Village check-in/reservations fee. VISA/MC/AMEX accepted for a 2% fee. Policies and rates are subject to change without notice.
3 night deposit required within 7 days to confirm reservation for less than 14 nights. A 7 night deposit is required for holiday periods and for reservations of 14 nights or more. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 60 days at time of booking, full payment is due within 7 days of reservation. Special rates if we have openings on the calendar with discounts given for short-notice travel, longer-term stay, or low season.
