Off Season Rates: $1150/month + utilities. September 10 '05 - May 31, 2006.
October 7, 2006 - May 31, 2007.

$500 Security Deposit collected with final payment to be released 24 hours after departure if left in condition found. A minimum $50 Cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit if not left as found. Please be considerate of the next guests coming, and leave it the way it was left for you!

10% Discount available for multiple weeks during season (July 1, 2006-Sept 3, 2006).
Maine has a 7% lodging tax and a separate check made out directly to the State of Maine Revenue Services must be included with final payment.
