Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.Cleaning Rate for this property is $75 & Linen Rate is $60. Down payment of 50% is due within 10 days of making reservation. If payment has not been received the property will be made available to public. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Cash and personal checks 30 days prior to arrival. NO personal checks will be accepted on arrival. A $50.00 bank charge will be applied for all returned checks.
