50% of rental due with signed lease and balance 50% due 30 days before occupancy. Priority to two week or longer rentals.
A 5% discount will be applied for multi-week rentals. $500 or 10% (greater) security deposit.
Rent includes first $100 of post-rental cleaning.
Rentals start Sundays at 3:00 PM and end Sundays at 9AM.
