Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
Price varies with the size of the group, the use of the property, and other services requested. In addition to rates a $300 cleaning fee is added and a $2,000 security deposit is required. 50% of the rental is due at the time of the reservation and the balance, plus security deposit and cleaning fee is due 30 days before the reservation starts. A lease is required for all rentals.
Summer - $3,500/week. Second week in June through Labor Day.
Non-Summer- $2,500/week except for Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving .
