Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars;
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
We require 50% payment of your rent at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival; $75 cleaning fee, balance of rental amount, damage deposit, state tax, and all other charges.
Checks, money orders and Visa/MasterCard will be accepted; damage deposit is payable by check only. All returned checks will be subject to a $30 service fee.
Monthly or Long Term rates available;
Fees: Tax Rate: 6% Cleaning: $ 75.
