Payment Policy:
We accept cash, check, or credit card in US dollars. If paying cash, this completed rental agreement reserves your dates for 7 days. Your reservation is finalized once we receive your payment. If paying with credit, your reservation is finalized once we receive this completed rental agreement and have run your card for the $500 refundable damage deposit due upon booking. (Please see cancellation policy regarding deposit.) There is a $50.00 fee for returned checks. Renter assumes responsibility for any damages to or theft from the unit, including towels and linens. There is a $50.00 per item replacement fee for lost or stained linens. There is an additional $100.00 set up and clean up fee to prepare the unit for your arrival and to clean after your departure, due at the time of final payment. This fee is for basic cleanup after your departure and for linens. (This fee is waived if stay is for 5 nights or more.)
