Payment Policy:
RENTAL RESERVATIONS AND POLICIES:
1. A $750.00 deposit is required to reserve the date. Personal checks and PayPal are accepted. If paying with personal check, please include your driver's license number and state of issue. If paying by PayPal, please direct payment to sheepcreek191@yahoo.com using the "Send Money" tab.
2. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to the check-in date and must be paid by check. A 7% lodging tax, which is required by the state of Montana, and a standard cleaning fee of $200.00 will be deducted from the security deposit. The remainder of the security deposit will be refunded to you by check within 10 days of departure, barring any problems.
3. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit less a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date are subject to a forfeiture of the reservation deposit unless the home is re-rented for some or all of the rental dates. In the case that the home is re-rented, we will refund the deposit less the aforementioned $200 cancellation fee.
