MODEL C & HILLSIDE :- Maximum 5 People - $ 840
MODEL E COTTAGE :- Maximum 4 People - $ 750
THE CABANA :- Maximum 4 People - $ 1,000
THE CHALETS :- Maximum 8 People - $ 1,100
LAKESIDE :- Maximum 6 People - $ 990
BEACHSIDE :- Maximum 8 People - $ 1,490
WESTSIDE :- Maximum 8 People - $ 1,140
EASTSIDE :- Maximum 6 People - $ 850
SPRING and FALL – 10% or 20% reduction in rates
WINTER – Rates available on request
To insure your privacy, our facilities are for the use of our paying guests only. Reservations must specify the number of people in your party (babies are counted as people). OVERNIGHT VISITORS BEYOND THE NUMBERS LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT PERMITTED. DAYTIME VISITORS TO YOUR UNIT ARE LIMITED TO 4 AND ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE COMMON AREAS, INCLUDING THE BEACH.
The rental week begins Saturday with the units becoming available after 2:30 P.M. Check out time is by 10:30 A.M. A deposit of one half of the total is required for a reservation. Make checks payable to Sandybeach of Newfound Management Company. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. The balance, including the tax is payable at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. I f you must cancel your reservation, we will be happy to return your deposit in full when your weeks have been re-rented.
