Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is due at time of scheduling. Remainder of the balance is due within 60 days arrival. A $500 Damage/cleaning deposit is also required. Cash, check, money order, Visa, MC, Debit and paypal are accepted within 90 days of booking. A 3 % processing fee will be charged for all Visa, MC and debit transactions.
