Weekly Rate for Beach Guest House; Friday 3pm to following Friday 3pm: $2825.00 + taxes (+$125.00 turn over fee) Three Day rate for Beach Guest House: $1350.00 + taxes (+$75.00 turn over fee) Two Day rate $950.00 + taxes (+ $75.00 turn over fee) Daily Rate for Beach Guest House: $550 + taxes (+ $75.00 turn over fee)
