$1876 for 1 - 6 guests. $112 per week each additional guest
May, June, July, August, October (except holidays)
Holidays: (Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
$2345 for 1 - 6 guests. $140 per week each additional guest.
Add 11% Tax and one time $100 - $200 cleaning fee depending on number of guests.
