Payment Policy: Rate is US Dollars. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX accepted. A $500 Deposit is required to book and confirm your reservation. The balance of your invoice is due no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $500 Security Deposit will also be collected at the time the invoice balance is due/paid. Under normal circumstances, the Security Deposit will be returned in full once the house has been inspected and keys returned.
